Biscuits and Sausage Gravy Breakfast Pizza

A rich and hearty breakfast favorite with flaky biscuit crust, creamy sausage gravy, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melted cheddar cheese — perfect for brunch, family breakfasts, or weekend indulgence!

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

  • 1/2 pound breakfast sausage

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 cups milk

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the Sausage & Make Gravy:
    In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned. Drain grease. Stir in flour, then slowly add milk. Stir until thick and creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

  2. Pre-bake the Biscuit Dough Crust:
    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Press biscuit dough onto a baking sheet into a unified crust. Bake for 5–7 mins until lightly set.

  3. Scramble the Eggs:
    In a separate pan, melt butter. Whisk eggs, pour into skillet, and scramble gently. Remove from heat when slightly soft.

  4. Assemble the Pizza:
    Spread sausage gravy on crust. Top with scrambled eggs, then sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly.

  5. Final Bake:
    Bake assembled pizza for 10–15 mins or until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.

  6. Cool & Serve:
    Let cool for 5 mins before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
